Shipping & Returns
All orders are shipped within 3-5 business days. Following states not allowed to purchase or received hemp derived products: Hawaii, Idaho, Iowa, Mississippi, New Hampshire, and South Dakota.
We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:
USPS via Pirate Ship
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.
Free shipping over $50.00. Under$50.00, the rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
Return & Exchange Policy
How To Return An Item
If you ever have an issue with your order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We offer credit on returned, unused products and are happy to accommodate exchanges on a case by case basis. Return limits are on orders within the last 30 days.
Please email email@example.com to request a refund and we will assign you a tracking # and give you our address.
Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
Orders can be cancelled and refunded any time before shipping. If your order has been shipped, it must be returned as described above to be eligible for an exchanged of comparable value.
